Together with the K’Ho, we’re proud to bring you this special coffee and support the preservation of coffee cultivation in the area.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cherries for this lot are hand-harvested, sorted with the help of a visual sorting machine to remove unripe fruit, and floated before being placed in airtight fermentation tanks for 80 hours, where they ferment in the absence of oxygen.
